Perhaps you’re thinking about changing careers. Perhaps a visit to the polar regions has sparked your curiosity. Maybe you’re considering one of our courses but aren’t sure which path is right for you. Or perhaps you’re already guiding and looking for ideas, support, or clarity on your future direction.

Whatever your reason, the goal is the same: to help you set your compass and begin navigating toward where you want to be.

We already answer many great questions by email, but sometimes what’s needed is a deeper, one-to-one conversation. That’s exactly what our Compass Call is designed to offer.

It can be hard to navigate within the Expedition Guiding Industry, especially if you are not yet in it. Doubt, questions, confusion or simply just the want to know more could be what you are feeling.

Maybe you are looking to change your line of work, maybe you have been struck by the polar bug after a visit to the polar regions, maybe you are looking to book a training course, but aren't quite sure if it's for you or maybe you are already working as a guide but would like support and/or ideas on your next step. Your motivation for seeking guidance can be many things, but the overall idea is the same; we would like to offer our help to set your compass so that you can start navigating to exactly where you would like to be.
